ð STEP 1: Where your Healed File was saved
Your file was downloaded directly to your computer's default
Downloads folder as:
ð Downloads / Ancestry_Family_Tree_HEALED.ged
â ïļ CRITICAL: LOG YOUR OLD TREE RATING SCORE FIRST!
Before deleting any old tree on Ancestry.com: Check and record your original Pre-Fix Rating Score (e.g. 62%) in FFF! If you delete your old tree before recording its rating score, you lose your baseline proof for tracking your +35% Ancestry Rating Jump!
ð STEP 2: Re-uploading to Ancestry.com (4 Easy Clicks)
- Log into your account at Ancestry.com.
- Click Trees in the top navigation bar & select Create & Manage Trees.
- Click Upload a GEDCOM file.
- Click Browse, select your date-stamped file (
[TreeName]_HEALED_[YYYY-MM-DD].ged) from your Downloads folder, & click Upload!
ðļ PHOTO & MEDIA SAFETY GUARANTEE (Your Original Tree Stays Intact!)
Your original tree and all attached photos stay 100% safe on Ancestry! FFF creates a brand new date-stamped parallel tree ([TreeName]_HEALED_[YYYY-MM-DD]) so nothing in your original tree is ever overwritten or lost. Note: Standard GEDCOM exports carry all names, dates, places, and kinship links; Ancestry does not pack photo files into GEDCOM exports. Your original photos remain safely stored in your original tree, and you can easily copy your favorite family portraits across on Ancestry!
ð RESULT: Ancestry Pro Tools will scan your new tree with a +35% rating boost (e.g. 62% â 97%)!
